The ponies were grazing near the main entrance at 15:45 this afternoon. The foal came to meet me at the cattle grid, enjoying the first of many neck rubs, while giving me plenty of cuddles and nuzzles. He looked really well today. Megan and Pandora continued munching on fresh grass in the sunshine until I approached about ten minutes later. They both stopped to say hello, with Pandora being especially friendly, standing close and letting me stroke her neck several times.
The ponies soon moved into the pasture near ///joys.late.selling, where they continued grazing. The little one soon took a break to come over for more attention and, judging by the sand in his coat, he had been rolling around recently. He enjoyed a long back rub.
The ponies continued grazing, heading northeast before entering the trees and stopping to drink at the fire hydrant at 16:25. Even the foal drank some water. Soon after, they started grazing in the thicket near ///valid.stung.falters, enjoying the long grass. The little one came for a final neck rub before I said my goodbyes at 17:00. The ponies had moved further east but were still happily eating in the thicket, all looking happy, relaxed and in good health.
The ponies were all good today.
